(English version below) Hallo zusammen, wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung in der Davidstraße 1b. Sie hat 76 m² (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Flur, Balkon) und liegt im 3. OG, es gibt einen Aufzug. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hell, die Decken sind schön hoch. Vom Schlafzimmer kommt man auf den Balkon zum Innenhof, der ist richtig grün. Direkt vorm Balkon steht ein großer Baum. Im Bad gibt es ein Fenster und eine Badewanne, und zur Küche gehört eine eigene Abstellkammer. Eine Einbauküche ist nicht dabei, die auf dem Foto gehört uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Der Clara-Zetkin-Park ist super nah, das war für uns ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Zum Konsum läuft man nur ein paar Minuten und die Bahn hält direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben 890 € kalt gezahlt, bei Neuvermietung kann es aber etwas mehr werden. Wir sind schon ausgezogen, ihr könnt also ganz spontan einziehen. Mietvertrag und Einzugstermin klärt ihr direkt mit dem Vermieter, das geht auch sehr kurzfristig. Meldet euch gerne, wenn ihr Fragen habt oder die Wohnung anschauen wollt! The living room is big and bright, and the ceilings are nice and high. The bedroom opens onto the balcony facing the courtyard, which is really green. There's a big tree right in front of the balcony. The bathroom has a window and a bathtub, and the kitchen has its own storage room. There's no fitted kitchen though. The one in the photo is ours. The apartment is very quiet. Clara-Zetkin-Park is super close, which was a huge plus for us. There's a Konsum supermarket a few minutes' walk away, and the nearest train station is right around the corner. We paid €890 cold rent (excluding utilities), but it might be a bit more for the new lease. We've already moved out, so you could move in pretty much right away.
