Zentrale Wohnung in der Maxvorstadt, Verlängerung möglich

Wir vermieten unsere voll möblierte 50m² Wohnung in der Blütenstraße 19 zur Zwischenmiete. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und einen großen Balkon. Dazu gehört ein großer Kellerraum. Es gibt einen Waschtrockner, einen Aufzug, schnelles WLAN, einen Smart-TV und ein Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof hin und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1950 € im Monat. Sie passt gut für eine Person oder ein Paar. Nicht für eine WG geeignet. Die Zwischenmiete läuft vom 8. November bis zum 7. Mai. Eine Verlängerung ist möglich, und je nachdem, wie sich unsere Pläne entwickeln, kann die Wohnung danach eventuell auch dauerhaft übernommen werden. Ich suche selbst ein WG-Zimmer in der Maxvorstadt oder Umgebung. Wer mir eines anbieten kann, wird bevorzugt, das ist aber keine Voraussetzung. Schreibt uns gern ein paar Sätze über euch, auf Deutsch oder Englisch. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Maxvorstadt, einem der lebendigsten Viertel Münchens. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es viele Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Fitnessstudios und Geschäfte, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung dank der Lage zum Innenhof ruhig. Die U-Bahn-Linien U2 und U6, die Tram 27 und mehrere Buslinien sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. LMU und TU München sind ganz in der Nähe, und zum Englischen Garten kann man gut laufen. We are subletting our fully furnished 50m² apartment at Blütenstraße 19. It has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony. It also comes with a large cellar. There is a washer-dryer, a lift, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a sofa bed. The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. The total rent is 1950 € per month. It suits one person or a couple. Not suitable for a shared flat. The sublet runs from 8 November to 7 May. An extension is possible, and depending on how our plans develop, the apartment might also be taken over permanently afterwards. I’m also looking for a WG room in Maxvorstadt or nearby. The apartment is in the middle of Maxvorstadt, one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Munich. Right around the corner there are lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms and shops, all within walking distance. Because the apartment faces the courtyard, it stays quiet anyway. The U2 and U6 subway lines, Tram 27 and several bus lines are a few minutes’ walk away. LMU and TU Munich are close by, and the Englischer Garten is within walking distance
