Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in Schwabing Freimann in einer ruhigen Gegend. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und auch die U6 ist gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Nähe, zum Beispiel einen Lidl, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Insgesamt ist die Lage angenehm ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, wohnt aber nicht direkt im Innenstadttrubel. The apartment is located in Perlach/Neuperlach in a quiet residential area. The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes away by foot, and the U6 subway is also within walking distance. There are several shops nearby, including a Lidl just a few minutes away. Overall, it’s a nice and quiet area while still being well connected – great if you don’t want to live right in the busy city center but still want to get around Munich easily.
