Möbliertes Studentenzimmer in München | Eigenes Bad

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a student to sublet my room in a student residence in Munich, as I've moved to another city for an internship. **Room details:** - Rent: €810/month including all utilities (electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi). There are no additional monthly utility costs. - Size: approx. 18 m² (including bathroom) - Private bathroom - Shared kitchen with 8 other residents - Located on the 2nd floor - Available immediately **Rental conditions:** The room is initially available for subletting. After approximately one month, there is a possibility to officially take over the room through a new rental agreement, as I can recommend you to the landlord. The official rental agreement is subject to the landlord's approval. **Important:** The accommodation is exclusively for enrolled students. A valid university enrollment certificate is required. If you're interested, feel free to message me with a short introduction about yourself and your studies!
