Furnished Room in Bogenhausen | All-Inclusive

From 31 January 2027, a bright, fully furnished 11 m² room is available in our friendly, international five-person flatshare at Bruno-Walter-Ring 10 in Bogenhausen. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and shelves, all in very good condition. The neighbourhood is quiet and green, with shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and doctors nearby. Arabellapark U-Bahn is about 10 minutes away by bus, followed by a 15-minute underground ride to Munich Central Station. A direct bus takes you to the universities in around 35 minutes, and the English Garden is roughly 15 minutes away. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen while respecting everyone’s privacy. We’re looking for someone friendly and reliable who values a clean and considerate home. Smoking is only allowed outside, and unfortunately, pets aren’t possible. We’d love to hear a little about you, what you’ll be doing in Munich, when you’d like to move in and how long you plan to stay!
