Room in shared apartment in student dorm in Zentrum-südost

I am looking for a new tenant for my single room on a two-room apartment on the Studentwerk Leipzig dormitories. The room is very big and comfortable, and is furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair, 1 wardrobe and 1 bookshelf. Water, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi is all included in the rent price. It is on the 8th floor, so it has a nice view, where you an watch a wonderful sunset. The big windows are one of the best features, since they brighten the room all day. Besides the two rooms, the apartment is also equipped with a nice bathroom and kitchen. My flatmate does not spend a lot of time at the apartment, and seldom sleeps here. However, I can say that she is very considerate and helpful. The location is excellent. Its on the centre south east, so you can reach everywhere rather quickly. You can reach the main campus by tram (lines 2 and 16), and it only takes 10 minutes. Please be aware that you must be a female student enrolled at a college or university in Leipzig and you may not already be living in the Studentwerk Leipzig dormitories. You have to assume the lease for at least two months. I hope that here you can find your home :)
