City center (belg. Viertel) fully furnished room

Hi ich biete ein helles, großzügiges und gemütliches möbliertes Zimmer in einer großen WG an. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und vollständig ausgestattet mit Bett (inkl. Bettwäsche), maßgefertigtem Einbauschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Stuhl – ideal zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung selbst hat 105 qm, ist lichtdurchflutet und liegt im 5. Stock mit schönem Blick über die Stadt. Gemeinsam genutzt werden die große Küche mit Balkon sowie das Bad. Ich suche eine ruhige und respektvolle Mitbewohnerin oder einen ruhigen Mitbewohner, der/die nicht im Homeoffice arbeitet. Ich arbeite im Medienbereich und bin häufig auf Reisen, daher ist das WG-Leben eher entspannt und ruhig. Über nette Gespräche oder eine Runde Tischtennis (Platte vorhanden) freue ich mich aber immer. Die Wohnung liegt im Belgischen Viertel, einem der lebendigsten und internationalsten Viertel Kölns – zentral, kreativ und voller Cafés, Kultur und offener Menschen. Ich selbst bin offen, kommunikativ und sehr an anderen Kulturen und Lebensweisen interessiert, weshalb ich mich hier besonders wohlfühle. The room is around 20 sqm and fully equipped with a bed (including bedding), a custom-built wardrobe, sofa, desk, and chair — ready to move in and feel at home. The apartment itself is 105 sqm, light and airy, located on the 5th floor with a nice view over the city. Shared spaces include a big kitchen with balcony and the bathroom. I’m looking for a calm and respectful roommate who doesn’t work from home. I work in media and travel quite a bit, so the flat is often quiet and relaxed, but I do enjoy friendly conversations and the occasional game of table tennis (there’s a table in the apartment). The flat is located in Cologne’s Belgisches Viertel, one of the city’s most vibrant and international neighborhoods — central, creative, and full of cafés, culture, and open-minded people.
