cozy room in Winterhude

This cozy room features a pull-out sofa that works perfectly as a bed; it can even be extended further to create a larger sleeping surface. A desk and a wardrobe are also provided. I am happy to supply bed linen and towels as well. We will share the wardrobe—I’ve already cleared out one half! :) The apartment is very centrally located in Winterhude. Bus line 25 stops right outside the front door, while bus line 19 and the U3 underground line are just a short walk away (Sierichstraße is a 5-minute walk). There is a large Rewe supermarket directly across the street, along with many restaurants and cafés nearby. Both the apartment and the room face the inner courtyard, so there is no direct street noise. Uniquely, the apartment also offers access to a large garden. I am 36 years old, speak 7 languages, and am a very active person. My girlfriend, who is 21, is also currently staying here for an internship—she’s the one writing this ad! ;) Amenities include a washing machine and dryer (located in the basement), a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more.
