Bright 18 m2 room in a women-only flatshare in Hamburg-Horn

Zimmer/Wohnung: 🏡 Bright room in Hamburg-Horn — planned move-in: 1 November We’re looking for a woman, ideally around 30, to join our calm and friendly flatshare with Renuka and Marcelina, both around the same age. The room is approximately 18 m2, very bright and located on the fifth floor of a recently renovated flat. There’s an Aldi right downstairs, which is super convenient! Renuka works from home, while Marcelina works outside the flat. Both speak English and German. They enjoy a peaceful home but also like chatting from time to time. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and respectful who enjoys a similar atmosphere. 💶 Rent: €600 per month, including all utilities and Wi-Fi. 🔑 Security deposit: €600, payable at the start of the tenancy. 🛏️ Mandatory furniture takeover: €400. The furniture includes the bed, a large desk, a chair, a bookshelf, a dressing table and a coat rack. The wardrobe belongs to the landlady and will also remain in the room, at no extra charge. The new tenant must provide proof of personal liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung) that also covers damage to rented property. We’re aiming for a move-in date of 1 November, subject to approval by the landlady and both flatmates.
