The Königsallee, banks of the Rhine and the Altstadt are all only a few minutes’ walk away. An excellent range of shops, restaurants and cafes in the direct vicinity. The rent has been calculated on the basis of occupancy by up to two people, and includes service charges, heating costs and the cost of the internet access. Electricity must be paid for separately. If required, you can also rent a space in the underground garage for €105 a month. The property owner is responsible for final cleaning at the end of your stay.
