Room Schöneberg with huge balcony and fully equipped kitchen

Hi everyone, this is Jan, I am a researcher moving to Oxford. I am renting out my beautiful huge room with a massive balcony in a very cute neighbourhood here (I do miss it already!) The kitchen and flat is fully equipped with fancy kitchenware which will all stay and is free for you to use. There’s a dishwasher a just bought this year, and I just ordered a new fridge which will be installed once you live here. I am flexible time-wise! While the contract is short term at first, as of now, I cannot move back to Berlin full time (no academic jobs) and will there be able to extend :) happy to discuss! The flat is <90m2 and the other large room is software engineer/Cambridge Physicist, M27, gay.
