Hi! I'm travelling over the Christmas holidays and would like to sublet my own apartment while I'm away, from December 15 to January 3 (about 2.5 weeks). I'd prefer someone who can stay for the full period and is a non-smoker. Shorter stays of at least one week are also possible. - The flat A spacious 90㎡ Altbau 2-room apartment, entirely for yourself. Ideal for a couple or two friends. - Kitchen: dining table for 4–6, oven, air fryer, dishwasher - Living room: TV, table, large sofa, balcony - Bedroom: 180×200 bed - Bathroom: bathtub, washing machine - Wi-Fi: fast enough for two simultaneous Zoom calls, so working from home is no problem The flat is on the 1st floor (1. OG) and faces the back courtyard, so there's no street noise. The building is home to lots of friendly young families, so you might hear kids during the day. - Location 4-minute walk from U7 Rathaus Neukölln.
