There's a free room available in the apartment from December 1st to Feburar 28th 1st, and we're looking for company :) It's a lovely, sunny, and quiet apartment in the heart of Neukölln – the perfect combination! Februar ist bei uns ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen nette Gesellschaft :) Die Wohnung ist schön, sonnig und ruhig – und mitten in Neukölln: die perfekte Kombination! Der Preis liegt bei 600 € pro Monat, dazu kommen 600 € Kaution. Meld dich gern, wenn du Interesse hast oder Fragen – wir freuen uns! Lage: Entry point to Rixdorf, sunny and super well connected, 2 minutes to the M41 Bus, 3 stations to the ring bahn 10-minute walk to U-Bahn Karl Marx Str. Food all around the place. Direkt am Eingang zu Rixdorf, sonnig und super angebunden: 2 Minuten zum M41-Bus, von dort 3 Stationen bis zur Ringbahn. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Straße. Und drumherum jede Menge gutes Essen. WG-Leben: We're pretty relaxed: we like chilling at home, and every now and then we have friends or family over for dinner. We are happy with all kinds of constellations — sometimes you're close with your flatmates and feel like cooking together or doing for a drink, sometimes everyone does their own thing. Both work for us; we'll see how it evolves. Generally we like it calm and quiet at home, so if you're looking for a place where you can have your own space and occasionally share a meal or a coffee with us, you'd fit in well. It's important to us that you're responsible and take care of the place. We can work out a cleaning arrangement together — we've done a shared cleaning day before (more motivating, easier to stick to), and we've also split it up by room. Whatever works best for allof us. Grundsätzlich mögen wir es ruhig und entspannt zu Hause, ab und zu kommen Freund:innen oder Familie zum Essen vorbei. Wir sind offen für verschiedene Konstellationen – mal ist man enger mit den Mitbewohner:innen und hat Lust, zusammen zu kochen oder etwas trinken zu gehen, mal macht jede:r eher sein eigenes Ding. Beides ist für uns in Ordnung, je nachdem, wie es sich entwickelt. Wenn du also einen Ort suchst, an dem du für dich sein kannst und sich ab und zu ei gemeinsames Essen oder Kaffee trinken ergibt, passt du gut zu uns :) Und ist wichtig, dass du verantwortungsbewusst bist und die Wohnung gut behandelst. Wie wir mit Putzen und co. umgehen können wir gemeinsam besprechen – wir hatten schon einen gemeinsamen Putztag (motivierender, und man bleibt eher dabei), aber auch schon feste Zuständigkeiten pro Raum. Wir schauen dann, was für uns alle am besten funktioniert!
