Oranienburger Tor / Friedrichstraße + your own balcony

Zimmer/Wohnung: Hello everybody, I'm subletting my room for 3 months in a very clean apartment starting 1.12.25 until 28.2.26. The atmosphere is rather quiet as both flatmates work full time and tend to take their social lives outside the apartment. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk and couch + you'll have your own private balcony! The apartment is very central. Only 2 minutes walk to U-Bahnhof Oranienburgerstr / Tacheles and S-Bahnhof Friedrichstr. is close by too. The price includes all bills with a budget for heating. Please send along your WhatsApp or Skype for a quick call before a potential viewing, thx. Hope to hear from you! Cheers
