Room in Fhain 10243 from December to February

Subletting 14 square meters room in a 82 square meter apartment from beginning of December until the end of February. The apartment is very close to supermarkets, restaurants, public transportation, east side gallery, among others. Price is 900€ per month. I am looking for someone who would take over my room as I will be travelling. My flatmate is 36 years old, studies philosophy at the HU so he is always up for interesting chats over coffee, a chess match or a padel match. The apartment is not for party but there are plenty of places for a good party around. we like to have the place always clean and we appreciate respectful people who also want to feel like home.
