Untervermietung / Sublet for Nov to Dec - Bundesplatz

I am away for 1.5 months and subletting my room in the meantime. The starting date is fixed while the end date is flexible (between 30 Nov to 15 Dec). No extension possible. No Anmeldung due to short term rental. You will rent my fully furnished bedroom with a desk, a dining table and some shelving for storing your things. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with my flatmate. Internet and other Warmmiete items all included in the rent of 600 euro per month 5 mins away from U Bundesplatz = S Bundesplatz Only one Aldi nearby but there are grocery options a few stops away Very central location in my opinion :) You will share the flat with Axel who is a friendly, open-minded man. This is more of a functional WG and not a party WG, with no common living room, although you can invite a few guests when needed. The only rules are to be respectful, respect House rules and maintain cleanliness in the shared spaces. Smokers should not rent this WG room. No smoking (including weed) inside the apartment. Pets are also not allowed. Please confirm this before writing your request :) Please lüften the bedroom during these winter days to prevent mold growth. We reserve the right to deduct Kaution if there is such a situation Finally in your message please include a short description of why you need this short-term sublet and specify your preferred end date
