WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete (01.12.2026-20.01.2027)

*Die Miete liegt bei 900€ für den gesamten Zeitraum.* Falls es für dich besser ist, das Zimmer für den gesamten Januar anzumieten, können wir das auch gerne aushandeln. Dann sind es insgesamt 1000€. Das Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 13 m2 mit Hochbett und Balkon. Das Bett unten kann man auch ausfahren, also gäbe es Schlafplatz für vier Personen. Außerdem sind ein Fernseher und eine Musikanlage vorhanden. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, einem 80er-Jahre-Bad mit Badewanne (und viel Charme), einer etwas größere Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten und viel Stauraum (Abstellkammer), dem Flur und meinem kleinen Zimmer mit Balkon. Uns ist eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit sehr wichtig. Schreibt mich gerne bei Interesse an, dann kann ich euch noch weitere Informationen geben und Bilder schicken. In that case, the total would be €1,000. The room is 13 m² and features a loft bed and a balcony. The bottom bunk can be pulled out, so there’s sleeping space for four people. There’s also a TV and a stereo system. The apartment consists of two rooms, an ’80s-style bathroom with a bathtub (and lots of charm), a slightly larger kitchen with seating and plenty of storage space (pantry), the hallway, and my small room with a balcony.
