WG Room Available from November 1st Tempelhof

A 16 m² room in our 108 m² shared apartment will be available from November 1st. The rent is €600 per month including all utilities and additional costs. The existing furniture can be kept if wanted. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and a shared living room with a balcony, which can be used by everyone. We are currently two friendly guys and both of us are in creative fields. I study fashion and my flatmate works in the graphic design field. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and uncomplicated. Everyone can do their own thing, but we also enjoy having a friendly shared living environment. We would preferably like to find someone who is looking to stay long term.
