NOVEMBER Folgende Termine sind möglich: - Dienstag, 03.11., ab 17:45 Uhr - Mittwoch, 04.11., zwischen 20:00 und 21:00 Uhr - Donnerstag, 05.11., ab 17:45 Uhr - Freitag, 06.11., zwischen 17:30 und 19:30 Uhr - Samstag, 07.11., bis 14:00 Uhr - Sonntag, 08.11., bis 14:00 Uhr Falls keiner dieser Termine passt, schreib mir gerne. Wir finden bestimmt eine Alternative. AUSWEISKOPIE BEI ZUSTANDEKOMMEN DES MIETVERHÄLTNISSES ERFORDERLICH. BEWERBER*INNEN MIT HAFTPFLICHTVERSICHERUNG UND REFERENZSCHREIBEN (MIETERZEUGNIS ODER ARBEITSZEUGNIS) WERDEN BEVORZUGT BERÜCKSICHTIGT. AUSSTATTUNG Die Wohnung ist mit einem Schlafsofa, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Nachttisch ausgestattet. Küche, Dusche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und WLAN stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Für Vinyl-Liebhaber gibt es außerdem einen Plattenspieler. WAS MIR WICHTIG IST Ich wünsche mir einen respektvollen Umgang mit der Wohnung und den Nachbarn. Sauberkeit, Ruhe und ein nachhaltiger Umgang mit Ressourcen sind mir wichtig. Bitte gehe sparsam mit Heizung und Warmwasser um und hinterlasse die Wohnung ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders hellhörig. Trotzdem bitte ich dich, auf die Lautstärke zu achten und die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Wenn du Interesse hast oder Fragen offen sind, schreib mir gerne. I’d be happy to hear from you! **IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION OF YOUR ADDRESS IS NOT POSSIBLE.** VIEWINGS: NOVEMBER 3–7 The following times are available: - Tuesday, Nov 3, from 5:45 pm - Wednesday, Nov 4, between 8:00 and 9:00 pm - Thursday, Nov 5, from 5:45 pm - Friday, Nov 6, between 5:30 and 7:30 pm - Saturday, Nov 7, until 2:00 pm - Sunday, Nov 8, until 2:00 pm If none of these times work for you, feel free to message me. We can try to arrange another appointment. A COPY OF YOUR ID IS REQUIRED IF WE AGREE TO THE SUBLET. APPLICANTS WHO CAN PROVIDE PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE AND A REFERENCE LETTER (FROM A PREVIOUS LANDLORD OR EMPLOYER) WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE. FACILITIES The apartment is furnished with a sofa bed, wardrobe and bedside table. A kitchen, shower, dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi are also available. Vinyl lovers can enjoy a record player, too. WHAT MATTERS TO ME I value cleanliness, peace and quiet, and respectful relationships with the neighbors. I also appreciate a sustainable lifestyle, careful use of heating and hot water, and leaving the apartment clean and tidy.
